Les Lauriers Roses is located in the Résidence Les Horizons, which is secured by a janitor. To the south of the residence, facing the Porquerolles scrubland, you'll appreciate the calm and charm of Les Lauriers Roses vacation home. Just a few minutes' walk from the village, you'll find the lively center, the market in the town square, the restaurants and the island's various retailers. You'll also find bike rentals, so you can explore Porquerolles to your heart's content, from its superb beaches to its typical port. From the house, you can start the walk to the island's lighthouse.
COMING TO THE ISLAND
It's very simple: just go to the Tour Fondue, where the pier for the Porquerolles shuttles is located, but it all depends on your means of transport to Hyères!
- From Nice, 2 hours by car or Nice-Hyères train.
- From Marseille, 2 hours by car or by train from Marseille to Hyères.
From Hyères station,
- The most economical and ecological way: by bus line 67 (€1.40 a ticket)
- The quickest and most comfortable way: by cab (between €26 and €32).
From Toulon station,
- The greenest way: by train (TER or TGV 4 at €25 every hour) to Hyères, then by bus (line 67).
- Most comfortable: by cab (between €65 and €80)
- The cheapest way: by car.
If you’re arriving by car, follow the signs for Tour Fondue and Porquerolles. You’ll find three types of parking just before the pier:
– Porquerolles parking lot(View):
- Pay parking lot open from April to November
- Car parking only
- Quarter-hourly parking rates
- Any time slot started remains due
– Tour Fondue Indigo parking lot €16.50/24h(See) :
- Pay parking lot open all year
- 24-hour security
- Parking reserved for cars only
- Reservations recommended for summer season and long stays
- Accepts electronic toll
– Parking des îles 16€/24h(See) :
- Pay parking lot open all year
- Remote monitoring
- Parking for cars and motorcycles
- Four pitches for motorhomes and coaches
- No reservation
You then have two options:
– Take a ticket for the shuttle boat(See) :
Rates :
- Adult return €19.50
- Reduced* Return ticket €16.80
- One-way ticket €11.50
*Young people aged 4 to under 26 (free for under-4s). Large families, seniors over 65, disabled on presentation of card, and groups (minimum 20 people).
Bicycles are transported to and from Porquerolles from the Tour Fondue at a charge:
Adult bike: €14.50
Children’s bike: €11.50

These include €99 for up to 6 people, and €16 per person for groups of 7 or more. Beyond that, special rates apply.
